Introducing...Sunday classes!
BC (before covid) we used to teach on the weekends. We found that most of our students had day jobs during the week, so we have to plan most classes around the traditional 9-5.
We reintroduced teaching on Saturdays, and now we welcome Sundays to the fold. After all, weekends/weekdays are made up concepts, stemming from workers' rights movements. Time for us to get back to our roots and work every single day of the week! (jk I take 2 days off in the week) (jkjk my brain never turns off 😭 )

Cycling During Ramadan
Here's an informative article from Cycle Sprog about how to prepare and cycle through Ramadan.
Fancy a Date?
Remember to boycott dates from Israel. If the box doesn’t say where it’s from, don’t buy it - chances are it’s been grown on stolen Palestinian land, subsidised by the Israeli (read: US) government, and sold overseas to undercut Palestinian producers.
Seek out dates from Zaytoun or Yaffa.
That’s all for now friends. We will be attending the IWD protest at Hackney Town Hall on Friday at 12:30pm.
I leave you with an informative video on how to buy dates.
Ride on,

loving this!! I'm usually too tired to cycle during Ramadan, but I may just give it a try thanks to that guide.
